Happy New Year

Wishes, thoughts and our plans for 2025 – everything is possible.

It would be futile to even attempt to describe in these New Year’s wishes what has happened in our world in 2024. We are regularly overwhelmed just keeping up with the events. This has also led to us all being completely exhausted and sometimes actually having problems seeing the forest for the trees. However, I am sure of one thing: There will only be peace again when cooperation replaces confrontation – then everything is possible. But we’re not quite there yet.

We are in the process of finalizing the work for the new webpage. It took infinitely longer than planned. We hope to be able to publish the blog in a new design soon.

“Your life is not just about the blog,” I heard several times this year. Yes, there is more to life. This year we traveled a lot, which is the best medicine for understanding people more deeply. We are already thinking about where to go next year. Masha has never been to the US, I lived, studied and worked there, but I haven’t been to the country that shaped me 35 years ago and I would love to visit friends and acquaintances in this huge country again. We’ll see if we can get a visa.

I will spend the beginning of the year putting everything in order, the apartment, the thoughts, the administration; a cleanup of the inner self. This regularly has a cleansing effect on me. After that, I will ask the world the same questions and write about what is, what may be, or what will be.
